<p>All services are billed in USD. Due to the nature of our work, payments are non-refundable once services have commenced. Monthly retainers auto-renew unless canceled prior to the billing date.</p>

<p>You may cancel your service agreement with a 14-day notice via email. Any work performed up to that point will be billed accordingly.</p>
